We deliver domestic orders through Yurtiçi Kargo. Depending on the location of the address given to the order, domestic orders are delivered between 2-5 working days after they are shipped.

Possible Delays
Our team does its best to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and there is no disruption. We would like to point out that in rare cases, the estimated delivery time may be exceeded due to reasons beyond the control of the ATELIER ÜLGER team. Delivery is not possible on public holidays, as cargo companies do not work on public holidays, including religious holidays.
On special days such as New Year's Day, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, there may be delays in delivery dates due to the density of orders and cargo companies. In order not to be a victim, we recommend that you order at least 1 week before special days.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you have completed your order by logging into your account after signing up, you can see your delivery tracking code and other information on the "My Orders" page. Change or Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.info@atelierulger.comContact our team at Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after your order has left our workshop to be delivered to you.
RETURN TERMS
We are working to ensure that you are satisfied with your orders through ATELIER ÜLGER. If you want to return your order for any reason, you can return the product to the address specified to you, complete and undamaged, together with the invoice, box, packaging and, if any, accessories of the products to be returned within 14 days after the product reaches you. Since the accounting records of the products that are not sent with the invoice cannot be performed, we cannot accept the return of the products returned without invoice.
If the products received by our Quality Control department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected in the account within 7 days.
Item to be Returned
ATELIER ÜLGER products are prepared individually. Return conditions do not apply to products in the "Earrings" category and products specified as "No Returns" in the description section. It is not possible to return the worn/worn earrings due to hygiene rules. However, the earring set received; unused and if a return request is made within 3 days of receipt by specifying the reason for the return, it is possible to return it.
Returned Product Shipment
According to the law published in the Official Gazette, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. ATELIER ÜLGER cannot be held responsible for missing an inbound delivery of a return. We recommend that you return your item(s) via registered or trackable postal services, as the return packages remain the customer's responsibility until we receive them.
